Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods.

1	In advance on our bank account: The total amount can be transferred on our Postbank account (4451676) in the name of Ellectrique Design in Utrecht (Netherlands). For international payments the following codes should be used (please note that you should take care of the costs of this payment!): - BIC: PSTBNL21 - IBAN: IBAN NL 74 PSTB 0004 4516 76
2	Ideal Dutch online payment method which take care that you directly can pay your order during checkout via your own online bank account.
3	Cash on delivery: In the Netherlands you can pay your order by cash with the delivery-man (TNT Post). For this payment method € 7,- will be charged.
4	Cash: When you choose to pick up your order at Ellectrique Design, your order can be paid by cash. Electronic payments however are not possible and we also advice you to have the exact sum of money available.
5	Via PayPal: By filling in the e-mailadres (paypal@glasvezelwinkel.nu) and the total amount you can quickly pay your order. For this payment method 4% of the total amount will be charged.

Invoice

Together with your order you will always receive an invoice. In this invoice all ordered product prices, any shipping costs, payment costs, removal charge, the total amount and VAT are specified separately.

Charge for removal

For some electrical appliances a customer has to pay next to the price of the product an extra fixed amount: the legal removal charge.

Producers and importers are responsible for the collection and recycling of old products. The removal charge is meant to take care that these old products will be worked up in that way that they will harm the environment as less as possible. At the purchase the retailer will charge separately the removal charge. The removal charge always has to be paid, also when no old product is returned. When the same sort of new product is being bought the retailer has to collect the old product for free. Old products can also for free be given in at the municipal scavenging department (in the Netherlands).

The removal charge is applicable to the following products available at Ellectrique Design.

Small household appliances: € 1,00 (incl. VAT):
- frying pans
- coffee makers
- espresso machines
- vacuum cleaners

A product, which is a combination of two different products, of which one or both are charged for removal, is automatically applicable for a removal charge.
