Ellectrique Design is doing her utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. 80% of our products can be delivered within 1 to 3 working days (in The Netherlands and a few days later in foreign countries). However the delivery of some products unfortunately takes some more time. Via 'your account' you can always check the delivery time and status of your order.
Guidelines of our delivery times (in The Netherlands) are as follows:

Your order is on stock at Ellectrique Design:
When picking up your order, we immediately will contact you via e-mail to make an appointment.
When shipping your order, it will be sent as soon as we have received your payment. Delivery takes place within 1 or 2 working days. |

Your order is on stock at our suppliers:
Within 1 or 3 working days we will have your order on stock. Than you can pick up your order or we will ship it to the delivery address |

Our suppliers do not have your order on stock:
The delivery time depends on our supplier, we will keep you informed via 'your account'.

Pick up:
We offer you the possibility to pick up (by appointment!) your order at Ellectrique Design at Europalaan 200, 3526 KS Utrecht. This service is for free, no shipping costs will be charged.
An appointment can be made on:
- Monday till Friday from 10 am up to 7 pm
- Saterday from 10 am up to 5 pm
Shipment:
Shipment of your order is carried out by TNT Post. The shipping costs per order amount €6,00 (incl. 19% VAT).
The maximum weight per order is 20 kg. When your order weights more than 20 kg the shipping costs will be higher. After ordering you will be informed by e-mail about the exact shipping costs.

Shipping of the order is carried out via 'EU-pack Special' of TNT Post. The shipping costs depend on the weight of an order (max. 20kg per order), see next overview.
